Here's How It Works

This isn't a timeshare. This isn't a membership. This is co-ownership. Invest a one-time fee of $30,000 and become a shareholder in a private Bahamian Island. Your investment buys you a percentage of the island, split equally among all investors. The more who join, the smaller the share—but the greater the collective ownership.

Maximum investors: 45

If you're the only investor, your share is 10%. As more join, your percentage adjusts—down to approximately 0.22% if we reach the maximum of 45 investors. Either way, you're an owner.

Your Ownership Includes

Access

• One 6-night stay per year on your private island (low season only)

• Use the island whenever it's available—first-come, first-served among owners

• Bring your guest (or more, with additional fees)

Financial Return

• At the end of each year, profits from island operations are distributed to investors

• The more the island performs, the more you earn

• Your ownership percentage determines your share of the profits

Private room with balcony, king-size bed, in-room bar, shower, and an ocean view that never gets old. (Included in your annual stay)

Arrival & Transport

Round-trip transportation from Mangrove Cay Airport to the island. (Complimentary for owners)

• Daily fresh fish and lobster—caught that morning

• Steak and chicken options always available

• Vegetarian and vegan meals happily accommodated

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included during your stay

A Few Things to Know

• One 6-night stay per year included (additional stays may be booked if available, 50% Off, in low season only)

• Profit-sharing annually based on island performance

• Access is subject to availability—first-come, first-served among owners (low season only)

• All food, beverages, and activities are 50% Off for owners during their annual stay

• All alcohol is top shelf, premium quality, with less expensive options also available

• Guests may bring drinks, cigars, etc., as legally allowed by the Government of The Bahamas
